Scope of Services

ONE HR will assist in sourcing the right candidate or if the client wishes to transfer existing employees under ONE HR’s headcount. ONE HR will employ the candidate/employee and second the employee to the client’s office and perform the necessary duties and responsibilities. ONE HR will be responsible for all the discussion of employment terms, preparation of employment documents, handle all MPF and other statutory benefits enrollment and terminations, administer payroll and employer contributions, calculate and maintain leave record etc. For cost saving purpose, it becomes a normal practice for company to transfer existing back office positions as contractors to carry out the necessary duties. This will help to reduce labor costs while maintain the same level of efficiency.
